Fury live on SNL was absolutely a masterpiece, if that counts.
Love off 3121 might also qualify... I think it gets overlooked because it wasn't a single and was in the middle of a period people don't pay much attention to, but it I remember it being held in very high esteem at the time and it still plays just as well imo.
Sticky Like Glue might be close... I'd prefer it without the rap and think that probably keeps it just below "masterpiece" level.
When the Lights Go Down is definitely a masterpiece and was crazy to find on what initially seemed like a throwaway album.
I think it partly depends on the definition of "masterpiece"... how many songs by any popular artists in any decade are masterpieces. It feels to me like a wildly disproportionate # of "masterpieces" usually come from a very small number of great artists during fairly brief peak periods (e.g. The Beatles in the mid-to-late 60s... Stevie and Joni in the early to mid-70s... Steely Dan in the mid-to-late 70s, including Gaucho which I think was 1980... MJ in the late 70s-early 80s + gems mixed with less consistent work on Bad and Dangerous... TTD from in the late 80s-early 90s, P from 82-91 - I like his best songs on GB and D&P enough that I don't draw a line at 88 for him like many do, although I feel he was less consistent after that... maybe Outkast in the early 2000s). The Stones and Dylan are great, but probably a bit more scattered, which is interesting. And, I know I'm not in agreement with critics lists here, but I would personally include Duran Duran's first two albums + Astronaut on my list. And I'm obviously missing other great artists on that list... I just threw in people who popped into my head. Doesn't mean I think other musicians and their peaks don't belong on that sort of list.
Point being, I guess, in my view there just aren't that many masterpieces for anyone outside of a small number of elite artists scoring in bunches at their absolute peaks. Obv some artists with lesser catalogs hit a bullseye now and then, but I think that's a pretty small % compared to the giants.

And of course, evolution is NOT a faith system. Crucially, it's a scientific theory based on overwhelming evidence. And P does seem to completely misunderstand what evolution is in the song anyway.

"Te Amo Corazon" is a musical masterpiece IMO. It might not be the latest masterpiece, but I think it outshines any other lesser, newer masterpieces musically.

Time off the AOA album may or may not be a "masterpiece", and it surely has its flaws here and there but it is one of my favorite Prince songs of the last two decades. It is in no way comparable to If I Was Your Girlfriend, neither lyricswise or musically....however, it has a vibe that reminds me a lot of the movie version of said song. Both songs are very laid back, honest, mellow and sensual , sung by a vulnerable protagonist. And I love the bassline toward the end and Andy´s raspy voice. I wish the lyrics were a little more relatable for the Average Joe who does not spend his time on tours in hotel rooms, for lack of better words, but they are still better than most of his other more recent song lyrics. So, for me , it is definitely the song Time.
Not necessarily when it comes to techniques or writing but as far as memorable , feelgood, touching vibe goes. " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"

Quite a bit of AOA felt like a masterpiece to me. The Gold Standard, Way Back Home and Time stand out to me above the others, with This Could B Us not far behind. I had this album on high rotation for months. . PlectrumElectrum -- not so much.
