Do Me Baby Sampled?? I recently saw the performance of Do Me Baby on the Nude Tour and Prince's guitarist Miko (I think that's his name) played some of the intro then he played chords that sounded exactly like T-Pain's I'm N Luv Wit a Stripper. Did T-Pain sample this song?? Does anyone know what I'm talking about? It's driving me crazy!! | |

I've listened to both tracks back to back and I have NO IDEA what you're talking about. Are you aware that "sampling" means using an actual recording or are you confusing the verb with "covering" or "imitating"? There's a certain similarity in the chords used, yeah, which is a constant of pop music anyway and doesn't necessarily mean it was a conscious effort.
