Just how nasty is that bass on "Time"? I can't stop playing it. I underestimated AOA - I rarely put it on to plate for a full sit-down meal but I find myself making side trips to the fridge to take little nibbles every day. | |

Every time I listen to it I find something new to appreciate. I honestly don't recall the last Prince album for which I felt like that. Perhaps TRC. I can't say that AOA is one of his best (how can any album make its way into that canon?!) or that it will remain one of my favorites in years to come. But I've enjoyed listening to it like crazy the past few months. "Drop that stereo before I blow your Goddamn nuts off, asshole!"

It is so, so good. This song is top-drawer. I can't think of many Prince songs that have this type of atmosphere, so it's both solid and seems a bit like approaching new territory. | |
