"Making fun of Jughead is what separates us from the animals." I've been on the Org for more than 15 years. This is my favorite comment ever. I love it. "Drop that stereo before I blow your Goddamn nuts off, asshole!"

Here's what I'd like to see... Clouds into AnotherLove into Way Back Home/Purple Rain The greatest live performer of our times was is and always will be Prince.
Remember there is only one destination and that place is U All of it. Everything. Is U.

As much as I'd like to see that, I'd settle for Way Back Home with a 4 minute guitar solo tagged onto the end. I am sure Prince will go in hard though. He has gone with a rock edge on all SNL performances thus far.

I hope he performs funknroll, another love, and something from purple rain.when doves cry would be good There's Joy in repetition

I would bet good money he winds up in a skit or two. "You always get the dream that you deserve, from what you value the most" -Prince 2013

I hope he gives Hanna the lead and he play drums in the background. She is such a fine singer and since the best part of the album is her songs and it is a 3rdEyeGirl album I hope he does the right thing and give her the spotlight. The other song can be one of his solo ones dont really care which one.

is ALWAYS making history and bending the rules. Even after over 36 YEARS in the muziq business! He is a trendsetter!!!! Eye hope this appearance rivals his ViBe & Naacp Awards appearances! Which were brilliant montages!!!! will ALWAYS think of like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that wasn't of this earth, would not have been that surprised. R.I.P.

It is fairly obvious; he'll play a blistering Wow, followed by a soaring Way back home crowned by a tear down the roof version of Marz. Too easy..

8-minute set idea is brilliant! By the way, I like "Jughead" and Tony M's raps. They are fun songs. Deal with it.

Appreciate it. Making fun of Jughead is what separates us from the animals. Actually several animals make fun of the song too.
Back to topic, though, it will be cool to see what Prince does play. Suffice it to say, I don't think we'll be able to predict it. Prince could really make a statement if he comes out and plays something Youtube worthy. Or he could disappoint supremely like with the Paisly Park webcast. Regardless, it will be the first time I have watched SNL in half a decade. Now, that's funny. I might have been drunk when i write my other comment, so i apologise if i ofended you

It's all good. Being a Prince fan means sometimes going after the low hanging fruit. It is hard to believe a man of such brilliance, the Mozart of his time, would make some of the decisions that he would make. It's part of the fun to rag him a little for it, even if it is fodder used over and over and over again. Hell people still make fun of me on this site because I one time, by accident, wore my wife's maternity pants to work. So Prince's buttless chaps and his recording of a silly ass rap named after a character from the Archie gang has to qualify. (I wonder if the song would have been different if it would have been called "Big Moose". All good things they say never last...

Why would he play that, when he already played this a lot - in the 90s.. Well, it was said he's going to do an 8 minute jam.

I just knew surely you guys would be clamoring for AOC and TGS. Interesting. I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart.

Regardless of what he plays, I can predict with 100% accuracy that he will kick over his mic stand and bolt from the stage at the end of the performance. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

I actually dig this idea, then again i hope he doesnt blow it, but i do like the idea of performing once in the middle for an extended amount (not really just 2 segments together) cause alot of people TUNE OUT the later it gets, it gives him a chance to do his thing and freaking chill. Havent a clue what he would do, though some kind of medley of today in RAIN sounds about right. Heard enough Purple Rain and FunknRoll--want to hear Way Back Home, Another Love, Gold Standard, or Time. "Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything." --Plato

My dream would be for Prince to play "Computer Blue" and a cover of Nirvana's "Smell Like Teen Spirit", but I know there's not a snowball in hell's chance of that happening. lol
