Any 5 Unreleased Songs in Perfect Sound Quality: What's Your Pick? If you could pick any five unreleased Prince songs to get in perfect sound quality as part of the remastered series, what songs would you choose? Let's not be tied down by reality here. Have fun. Here are mine. This is tough to choose because there are so many. 1. Extraloveable (real version) 2. Moonbeam Levels 3. All My Dreams 4. Grand Progression (I would shit myself if this happened) 5. Isnt Moonbeams and All My Dreams available in 99% perfect nick already!?
Extralovable is around 90% aswell which is close enough imo.

The versions of Moonbeam I have are maybe like 80%. All My Dreams is like 95%, but I won't settle for less than 100 on that one! "Drop that stereo before I blow your Goddamn nuts off, asshole!"

I never cared about the original "Extralovable", I prefer his remake with the horns. The original doesn't sound good to me.

The best sounding version of Moonbeam I've heard is on the Perfect Unreleased Prince set. It's definitely not more than like 80-85% perfect (on a subjective scale). "Drop that stereo before I blow your Goddamn nuts off, asshole!"

Wouldnt U Love 2 Love Me #3. While Taja's version is good, and even the extended version is kinda close, the unreleased version just feels right. That heavy synth climax and pounding drums are exciting and is what I love about Prince
Cosmic Day - Sounds like a rocker and has lots of charm, I could imagine where else this tune will go.
Player - Always sounded muddy, but I like how solem this song is and sweet
Big Tall Wall - Yes lawd, come bring me a better version of this without the tape hiss. This song is so dirty! Sound like there possibly could be another version of this song because it is very sparse. Straight Jacket Funk Affair

This must have been made directly after an analog master. You get all the warmth from the "homestudio" console he used at the time.

The entire "Dream Factory" sounds pretty 100% to me (SAB Release).
For my answer to the question, I already wait 100% for the 2 "Crucial" uncut versions, for "Love Thy Will Be Done" sung by P, for "Desire" sung by P and for "Dance With The Devil" (as far as I know it exist in circulation only in a near mono version).

The new Moonbeam Levels is fantastic. The best sounding version of All My Dreams that I have is from Parade Demos and Dream Factory (old Sabotage disc?). Is the Super Fucking Ultimate SOTT or whatever an even better version? "Drop that stereo before I blow your Goddamn nuts off, asshole!"
