Why it is beyond your comprehension that one cd is Prince and the other cd is 3rdeyegirl, which is why they are separate albums, is concerning.

Furthermore, WHY DO YOU EVEN CARE? I'm going to buy the albums and enjoy the music. How they are marketed, how well they do sales-wise or anything else is not my concern and shouldn't really be anyone else's? Unless you are a shareholder in WB, why would you invest any thought in to this matter? Care to explain?

Most certainly. No matter how I feel about his new music, I would probably never pass on the chance to see Prince perform live because his live performances are stellar and regardless to any of his drivel about "never playing his hits again", he KNOWS what actually puts the butts in the seats, so to speak.

Good catch! It would make sense that the new album only has ten real songs to go with the usual price of a digital album.

my guess is that Affirmation I,II & III probably narrate the concept of the album
since that 'kinda sorta interlude' during "clouds" hints and an underlying concept.

Seriously, since I've loved what Prince has done over the past ten years, and really enjoyed all the new songs we recevied during 2013, except "The Breakdown," I'm happy to get these two albums. My only disappointment is that all of the songs that we've gotten since 2013, like "Rock-n-Roll Love Affair" and "Screwdriver" are not included in either set. But, hey, I'll just find a way to add them to one of these CDs. And, I hope that at some point I will be able to just go to Amazon and order both as a CD. Other than that, I'm good.

since 'Another Love' on the Pleccy Leccy album seems to be a cover,

i'm sort of hoping that "Time" from AOA is a cover of the song by the
same name by Tom Waits. but it won't be, i know. would be cool tho.
