yuck. And more yuck. Ok personal taste, but Prince used to be great, he is not that, anymore.

For me the least favorite Prince song is "My name is" from the 1992 symbol album. I flat out can't stand it. It sounded awful in 1992 when i was 7 years old and it still sounds awful. I like the energy of this song,but I agree,it's kinda embarassing it sounds like Prince heard LL Cool J's "Mama Said Knock You Out" and decided to make a similiar song of his own

This song has always sounded corny to me it's way too "pop" and too safe.

I can't stand Adore and never could. Prince is wailing and the whole song is just way too over-the-top and perfume-y and jazzy. The music is lackluster, his vocals are SO obnoxious and screechy, and it drags on for seven minutes. What cemented my dislike for Adore was the notion I often saw that if you didn't like it, you're not a Prince fan or something. Also people call it "the best love song of all time" (I actually saw this in a review of SOTT).....err, the song is about Prince picking up a girl in a club and having sex with her, how is this the best love song ever?! It's a shallow sex ballad

HATE Housequake. People call this the funk anthem, but it's too dry and sparse. He sounds like a terrible James Brown impersanator musically, the sped-up voice is horrendous on here and completely ruins the flow and fun, and BLEHH. I'll admit, the live version from 88 with deep vocals and fuller music is the version I like

Can't stand Uptown, terrible rhythm, over-the-top squealy synths, and drags. I enjoy the message and the first verse though. Hate PartyUp, Let's Work (don't even get me started on this....maybe I could have tolerated it if it was non-falsetto), DMSR (bland, but I can listen to it), All the Critics Love U in New York (decent, but Purple Music would have been better), I hated Baby I'm a Star at the beginning but it's grown a lot on me, ATWIAD's title track + Pop Life (very disappointing after the amazing 10 or so singles that preceded it), Christopher Tracy's Parade, Eye No (these two are the worst opening tracks ever), and wayyyyy MORE.

Also Baby I'm a Star and Let's Go Crazy. The hits tours and playing the hits through these last few years have taken it's toll....

Heard them too often.

He played them last Sunday. It worked, because the whole stadium got up, danced and sung along.
