I'd been skipping this one too, wasn't sure what he was on about and it didn't grab me, but with a bit of context it may make more sense and I may get smt out of it. I'll listen through next time. . Glad to see the MPL Sound disc getting some love, I enjoy most of the songs (6 out of the 9). ----------

Always enjoyed this track. Don't see what's so creepy. He's telling the daughter he'd like to take the mum out. And who can blame him? :lol: Prince sure likes his Latin chicks! It's also a great little biography/tribute to her with some clever lyrics. Love that "when the King of Hollywood ain't that tall.." line. "Had to get off the boat so I could walk on water..." |
