I prefer 20ten to Planet Earth and Musicology myself.

More recently there's isolated tracks I like, Screwdriver remix (aka live) and Da Bourgeoisie come to mind. But yes you're not wrong, he's coasting on chops rather than inspiration.

Planet Earth was a really shit album, incredibly bad and it was free in the Daily Mail.

at least I can listen 2 most of the Planet earth tracks every once in awhile. But recent tracks like Screwdriver, Fixurlifeup, pretzelbodylogic, Da Bourgoisie are all forgettable and sounds worse than anything on my least favorite album Musicology.

Good to see you KS. I agree his peak was the 80's, but I think the 3EG stuff is great.

Prince has his mojo back, you can hear it in his music, and particularly live.

Sure he still drops the odd turd (Breakfast Can Wait),

Problem with some fans is they confuse personal like/dislike with quality of work.

Give me Pretzelbodylogic over Jack U Off anyday of the week.
