Prince is looking evil on ONA (Live) Is it just me or Prince looks like the devil himself on the cover of the boxset ? | |

YOU'RE ALL CRAZY!!! He definitely got the devil eyes. I hide my copy in a drawer but my Uncle Soda-Pop keep coming over and putting it on the pillow next to me while I'm asleep. I have a nasty uncle. | |

That's a total vanity shot. I don't like it. It doesn't sell the music in the box.
Suck in those cheeks a little more. He should have gone with one of those concert shots bathed in purple light that mabye sold the fact the boxset was a live excersize. Instead he went with vanity, and people DO judge things by their cover. Yeah, he tries too hard to give evil looks or "Zoolander" poses. There are a couple of pictures where he looks like a skull with skin stretched over like rubber. Like death with odd facial hair. Those baby fat Purple Rain cheeks are definitely history. His studio poses are just so unnatural-they may have been cool in the mid-80's but are out of touch with the post-grunge naturalness of contemporary music. | |
