Decent show.

I noticed Michael Dean's Prince Podcast and their SOTT review was mentioned. Very cool of you (since they for some reason don't rate the sticky like you). There should be more cross promotion and guest appearances on each others shows by the various Prince related podcasts. It should be one big interactive community, in my not-so-humble opinion, of course...

Thanks for the free content. I think it's time I catch up on past shows I may have missed.

I totally agree with you! Michael Dean himself was on the first incarnation of my show (called Paisley Radio) back in '09, and I told him how the Prince Podcast was a major influence on my decision to start doing my show. He responded by stating that we're all part of the same purple community, and there is space for everyone to add their own voice.

Not long after that, Mike invited me on the Prince Podcast for a one-on-one discussion of rumors centered around a then-forthcoming album called AndrogyNine (or Androgy9), which eventually became the 20Ten album. Feedback on the episode was harsh, and I was ridiculed for my voice (which I mentioned on a recent thread about podcasts in general).

Also, toward the end of Paisley Radio's run, Peach and Black gave me a shout-out on their show, and were even kind enough to record several "bumpers" for me to use on my show! Sadly, I never got around to using them before I went on hiatus and eventually revamped my format into the current Purple Knights Podcast.

Cross-promotion is something that I feel would benefit all the podcasts. I love and respect every show and all the people behind them!
