Question for the serious collectors who might still have an original Purple Rain T-shirt. Can you look at the following eBay product and let me know if this looks like a good replica? I don't remember the one I owned (back in the 80s) looking like this on the back with the font separated like that on top.

Photos of an actual fan-held original would help me too. I'm just looking to have one to wear here and there . . . I'm NOT looking for an original or anything crazy expensive.

I've seen that one a few times. I don't thinks that's a good replica at all. Furthermore, the back says "The Beautiful Ones Tour" instead of "Purple Rain Tour". I recently bought one from http://www.tshirtsubway.c...-T-Shirts/ they have a pretty good selection of Prince shirts. Check them out!

Nope the back is blank.I have the Dirty Mind and Purple Rain shirts from them. Very good quality material.
