Oh my God its getting catty already. Someone tweeted him saying something along the lines of "Your no Michael Jackson." Prince retweeted it and replied "And your not me."

If you look at this person's Twitter account (sad to say that I did) I wouldn't classify her as a "Prince fan" but rather simply an attention seeker. Her tweet to Prince was more like spam than anything else.
