Even if that ends up being the case, just the fact that he is allowing these posts to happen is a big change from the mentality that he's had for the last few years about the internet. It's refreshing.

Nope, definitely not Prince. The skin tone is incorrect, and the hair is not curly enough to be Prince's. Glad someone came along and squelched that rumor cold.

As long as Prince is breathing, the vault doors will remain shut. He'll tease us with small peeks, but he'll slam the door shut if we get too close. That's just how it is.

I had the exact same thought, when I saw his tweet linking to the video of a child performing. Who knows why he would do that after suing other people for similar stuff? I think the account is real, though, and most of the tweets are written by him. My guess is that Janelle Monae, who has been active on Twitter for a few years, influenced Prince on this.
