So, I'm on the train listening to Voodoo and..... ... I take a sneaky peak at the laptop next to me (as you do) and see a folder full of Prince files, including a copy of some recent 3rdeye TV streams. I did a double take and then gently tapped the girl on the shoulder (think she thought I was a stalker at first
Of all the seats on all the trains. Really cheered me up and made my day Maybe there's more of us than I thought?
Have you guys unexpectedly met another Prince fan when you were least expecting it?

and showed her the rather long (well embarrsingly long) list of Prince music on my phone and Ipod. We geeked out for the next 20 minutes, talked about old concerts, how he wears a wig etc etc. We swapped emails and are now sharing some obscure Prince bits and pieces with each other.Wedding! I had a Skype call with a sales trainer from the Netherlands last year & half way through the call, his mobile started ringing. The ring tone was a Prince tune(I think 'The Max' from memory), so the conversation got hijacked for a bit while we talked about Prince & past concerts. Only problem was it was a 3 way Skype call & the 3rd person hadn't a clue what we were banging on about! blah blah blah |
