I think you're confusing rights to master recordings with publishing rights.

Publishing rights means you own the musical compostion.

Masters means you own the actual recording of a particular version of a song.

Both Publishing rights and masters owners have the ability to block a song on YT.

WB has tons of material on YT, I don't think they're active antiYT censors. Prince on the other hand is.
