...so we just have 1999, LRC and Extraloveable (and a tiny bit of musicology). 8am on a Sunday morning UK time is pretty lucky for us over here!

i keep missing most of these. The notifications aren't dependable. Does anyone else finding the chat forum a bit annoying? Particularly when there are a lot of people chatting. Its hard to read anything.

He just played Party man and they also played dancing machine with Damaris at the end. Damaris is pretty but I wish he would not have her dancing. Its embarrassing. She looks uncoordinated and like she's trying too hard. She is much better when she is just standing there. Other then that they tore the roof of that sucka!!

That's why I'm not into this 3rd Eye Girl era because I cant keep up. I'm happy people are enjoying it but I need something more organized.

I think part of the problem is how late they air the shows, (although the timeframe may work for some). Also, Livestream doesn't always send you email notifications, about a live event happening on 3rdeyetv. Even if you have it set to 'follow' on 3rdeyetv, so you can keep up. I only received an email notification once, and haven't received another since. I guess you just have to randomly check the 3rdeye site to see if anything is happening. Although he has an international fan base, the timeframe isn't always great for U.S. fans, and maybe sometimes they can consider airing some content during daytime hours, when most people in the U.S. are awake.

Airing content, especially during the work week, from 12am - 4am doesn't always work for fans who have responsibilities, i.e. work/classes/family, etc., but then again, maybe their main goal in choosing that timeframe, is to specifically attract a younger, fan base, which seems to be more of their focus with this 3rdeye girl group so far. Maybe it's over for older fans, like myself at this point, and if that's the case, I can only say, well, it was a great experience enjoying Prince's music/concerts over the years.

It's always nice to see P live, but...

He plays NO instruments, and basically just does his bandleader routine.

So if you missed it, you really didn't miss much. It was kinda like a party, but not much of a concert.

By the way, the guitar is being played by both Ida and Donna...

For anyone like me, who can't catch the livestream as it airs, there are places online where you can find free audio of these rehearsals. I probably can't say much more than that.

So far, I really like the Extraloveable remix and the fact that the Q.U.E.E.N. remix alerted me to Janelle Monae's even funkier original version of that song.

(I think this thread should be highlighted on this site's the home page, by the way)

No. The only official source is the livestream itself.

Yes, and I enjoyed those eras... especially the 'Parade' era.

But if I was in Chi-Town and went there, I'd be the happiest seeing/hearing him on Bass or Guitar, keys, and if I'm really fortunate, like back at the aftershow at the Capitol Ballroom in D.C., I'd see him on drums.
