"Space" Song Appreciation Thread The song has been stuck on me brain-brain for a while, & I think it's pretty under rated. That one song sounds better than 90% of anything that Prince has released in over a decade. The mix was great [unlike pretty much EVERYTHING released since '00 +]. It just has this dreamy creamy texture to it that is pretty dope. What say you?
Shit.....as a matter of fact, I'd take Come over any of the last 5 albums Prince has made......mmm.....Lotusflow3r does deserve some props though..... الحيوان النادلة ((((|̲̅̅●̲̅̅|̲̅̅=̲̅̅|̲̅̅●̲̅̅|)))) ...AND THAT'S THE WAY THE "TITTY" MILKS IT!

I was listening to the version of "Space" from the Glam Slam Miami Birthday show from June 7, 1994 is INCREDIBLE! Prince's symbol guitar solo on top of Michael B, Sonny, Tommy and Morris' playing is spellbinding. The studio version is dope! I just wish the studio version's bass mix was higher. 3121 #1 THIS YEAR |

That whole album to me is flawless once Orgasm's out of the picture. A mini masterpiece.

I discovered this awhile back and posted it on my facebook and thought i'd re-post it here! LPP is the creation artist Troy Gua and if you havn't heard of him google "Troy Gua Le Petit Prince"!I was looking for something to watch on TV last night and with hundreds of channels I still couldn't find anything on so I got my iPad and clicked on Netflix and found the "Thunderbirds are Go!" movie. It's been along time since I've seen it and since LPP was inspired from this I thought I'd check it out. I had the headphones on and I'm just chillin and marveling at the amount of detail they put into these scale models (Blew my mind) Then I heard it! At about 6:30 on the video I heard the control tower say "Arm Light On" "Switch Command to Internal" . I swear my eyes flew open because I know I've heard this before and it was on a Prince record! I had to rack my brain for a few seconds to remember which one but I remembered that it was on the song "Space" both the album edit and the acoustic version. I was flabbergasted to say the least not that he used these sound bites but that yet again it ties into LPP in a weird roundabout way! I'll add the link to the Youtube clip for you.
