If they managed to direct a Prince film biography, Who'd you pick to portray him?! Not sure if this forum is the right place for it??! BUT
Prince really deserves to be known to this generation.. To ALL of them.
Like they did with Walk the Line (Johnny Cash), Ray (Ray Charles), I'm Not There (Bob Dylan).... I think directors may consider Prince life to be translated to a biopic film.. He was a genius [PRINCE] so he deserves a film... But i'm talking about a great film, not like this sick Behind The Candelbara TV HBO MOVIE about Liberace.. I'm talking about somebody who'd Portray Prince, and get nominated for an oscar, because of it.. Well at least give a powerful performance..

Lenny Kravitz with glasses and less weight would look like Prince
but Lenny is fuckin 49 now.. He ain't no young..
Prince is a hard character besides that, I mean who'd dare to pull off a falsetto like he does? | |

Really hard to pick someone, you might need a couple of different singers for different eras, do you pick some who is the right age now and make him younger, or a younger actor and gently age him?? I think it's already been done...sort of...
I don't think there's much more to tell that we (The fans/.org) don't already know. His life is well documented. The only missing piece of the puzzle is his childhood...which leads me to beileve was quite borning, so maybe there is not much say there. Not much going on in the mid-west. Trust me, if it was done, they would only cover what we already know..just to appeal to a mass audience. Not worth if you ask me. | |

Totally agree. No one would compare, unless he's an unknown actor and they dubb in P's singing. Hope they never do this as it has The Jacksons' vh1 movie-vibe all over it. Doc or gtfo. |
