Thank you for posting this. I am amazed at how historically or culturally uninformed the OP's question is. I still believe there is no such thing as a bad or stupid question, but...Good Lawd has the OP ever seen anyone play guitar other than Prince? And, if so, that person couldn't have been that good because as you and so many others have said it often takes that face to make that note.

If you want mods to take action, you have to REPORT it. You have been on the org for how long? you should know be now that they do not read every thread where somebody says it is trolling. Nor are they obliged to delete stuff wherever they find it a violation.

Report it, I agree with you that it's trolling. Totally obviously is so then tell them it is. The required action would be a warning for the poster, not necessarily deleting the thread. Altho' it IS a shit thread, since practically nobody except a few, who are perhabs even alters, agree with the OP, so it is actually proof that he is full of shit.

This isn't a reportable thread, IMO. It's just one person's opinion.

There was someone else awhile back saying the same thing, and posted a video of them on YouTube playing the solo from "The Question of U". He did a quite good job actually.

But it's a WHOLE lot easier to learn something someone else created, and play it expressionless. Especially if it's just you and your guitar in your bedroom, playing in front of your computer.

However, put yourself in front of dozens, hundreds or thousands of screaming people, play something YOU wrote or improvised on the spot, and let's see you keep that poker face!

At any rate, this thread is just trolling. If you want to infuriate a troll, laugh at him or better yet, ignore him.

Reporting a thread is a good thing. That way we can review the thread/post. Complaining, well, we may or may not see that should we come across it. And by then things may have spiralled out of control or whatever. So if you see something that you want to report, then do it. Thanks

Neversin ,this Melody Kid guy have stated in the past that he plays guitar for more then 35 years,but judged by his comments i doubt he plays at all and i predict that he will never post a sample of his playing and if he does it wont be him

im recording a new guitar instrumental called RED TITAN that i will let u hear that will have cum oozing out your ears.after the gig I played last saturday I got 2 hot girls to sleep with me after the show cause they said I was badass on guitar.trust me if me and prince was playing in the same room i would totally embaRASS him! he only plays out the blues and mixolydian scales where i made up 6 scales of my own that nobody else knows
