All joking apart it is surprising that such an amazing city with such amazing people haven't got to experience him at all. I think he'd totally love the place and they'd love him back. I gues London is his main UK hunting ground which is a shame as Manchester and Birmingham have shown him major love previously.

Now trying to think where else in the UK aside from Sheffield he has performed?..help anyone?

Cheers DG. With the o2 prong such a success and a good location for him to cover the UK + get day trippers in from Europe I suspect it'll be a long time before he goes beyond London. Very surprised that he hasn't done the Royal Albert Hall yet.

Because the soccer team from your city wear uniforms that have black and white vertical stripes thus giving the team and it's fans the look of barcodes or indeed skunks. Prince has openly stated that he is more fond of the nearby city Middlesboro and has a penchant for breadcrumbed and deep fried chicken scnhitzel that is then smothered with bechamel sauce and parmesan cheese. A tasty local delicacy, popular with the inhabitants of the aforementioned conurbation.

I actually visited Durham a couple of months ago for a short break away. I'd heard alot about the cathedral and wanted to check it out for myself.

I had a lovely stay and the cathedral and castle are both great buildings to tour. I also visited the Beamish museum which was just fascinating! I'd recommend it thoroughly as a charming town to visit.

To call it one of the top three most beautiful cities in Europe is maybe a bit of a stretch, but it's all about opinions!
