All P managed was a lame ass message on Dr. F's webpage to the effect of him walking out with the soundboard recordings!. Meanwhile we've got it all locked and loaded for free!. I would have been more than happy to pay via the 3rd eye website. Come on P, sort yourself out, there's some good stuff in those gigs that we would have happily paid for.

It sounds like you're saying that you wouldn't pay now because you already have the shows. I don't know about you but I'd still pay for soundboards over the audience recordings that we have.

Or have I somehow missed a soundboard leak?

no, not at all. If such a product were to appear with some nice downloadable artwork I'd be right there handing over my cash. I only mention the idea of a 2 CD thing as another similar thing has surfaced [the rockier tracks I think] with better sound quality..have dl'd it but have yet to listen!. That said if P could be arsed I'd buy his stuff any day.

It's become a tired old tradition this.

Prince must approve of bootlegs after all. That's the only conclusion i can come to.

You're probably talking about Dakota V, which is the fifth of the the six shows found on the Eye release. Yes, it's a different source and sounds much better than what is on the Eye set.

Yes, if Prince releases any of this, in any configuration, I'll buy it.

I would prefer a complete show. The one on Dakota V would be very nice. But, I'd still buy a compilation...

As much as I love the Dakota V boot... it could use a little editing.

I'd give Prince the money even if He recorded himself taking a Piss,. I will buy any and everything that man releases. Regardless.
