Not on the list, but...

Most overrated: Dirty Mind- yes, it's a landmark album, that you can argue is where Prince really found his sound. The songs itself....some great. Does anybody really listen to Do It All Nite or Partyup everyday? The keyboards sound really cheesy at times...like a mix of the Doors and the Munsters theme. Great Album, but can't possibly list it in a Top 7. Top 15 for sure.

Most underrated: Lotus Flow3r(minus the Bria disc and MPLSound) Not a top 7, but I could change my mind on that if I did this list a week from now. Great guitar playing, some really good weird moments that Prince seemed to have forgotten. 4ever is probably the weak link, and Money is great at first, but tiresome after a while...but when I thought Prince was just coasting with good to almost great albums, 3121 was awesome, but Lotus just blew me away.

Party up is one of P's rawest funk track! I love it. Also love the keyboards on the whole album.

I'm really not getting the Gold Experience is a Classic claim. (I dont see eye to eye with those who see Rainbow children as a classic either, but let's leave this aside). Yes, I think it's a GREAT album, but its NOWHERE close, to me, to PR or SOTT, or even LSexy or ATWIAD.

There are only 3 songs that can be conseidered real classics:

P Control

Eye Hate U (especially this one)

Billy Jack Bitch

Other 2 are great, but let's say that maybe could be considered classics, forcing a little:

Shhh

Endorphinemachine

But the other songs are very weaker, they're all good, but very weaker. And I'd even say Now, Shy and We March are more of avarage P songs.

So I do see it's a great album, but a great album mixing great songs with weaker songs (like DP and LSymbol), but nowhere near the real Prince classics.
