I the rock funk of the Purple Rain movie and it is funny too..

and I Under The Cherry Moon a lot too, very stylish and extremely funny...

These 2 movies are essential for any Prince fan,

love the soundtrack and score

it's a funny movie and i still remember all the quotes

although i agree with the points that OldFriends4Sale made

that the movie could have been better with band scenes and

without Prince buttin' in to direct and the end makes me laugh

Recap: the beginning of the movie where Christopher poses a toast to tricky and the crowd after a brief improv on the piano....." Conte'....tricky and the crowd responds, "Conte'" and Christopher says, " the more you drink the better I sound"....., I didnt realize the humor in that until I said that to these women at the airport back in 2009 and they busted out laughing and I told them that I got it from Prince movie under the cherry moon and they said that they were going to check it out because that line was very funny.

I just ordered this movie on DVD.The last time I saw it was on VH1 like a decade ago on tv.That was the clean version.

I also ordered Sign O the Times movie,which I never saw.
