Prince and The Grammys

Ok, this Sunday , I am going to watch this show. We all know The sexy MF with his fine self is going to perform live. Now after he sing that crazy song called Screwdriver and he start singing them classics, then I will get down! LOL! But when he start singing them classics , it going to have me thinking imo, that he is going to have to cross that same bridge that got him where he"s at today. Meaning bring your old band back and let's have some real fun! I 'm not just feeling this new NPG. Give me The Revolution, with Eric Leeds, and Mayté then we have us a band. So what your input. I am not down with the negativity, so keep it nice . We all grown folks up here so let's be respectful and be civilized. I will respect you and your opinions if you will do the same for me. Thanks. lol

No we don't know if he will perform or not sunday night. I'm siding against it.

Performing out of the blue isn't impossible, we know him. But really this mixed messaging isn't helping.

He's not performing, so it doesn't matter, but do you really think he's going to get on stage with his ex-wife? And even if they were on good terms, what is it that you think she brings to the table to say "then we have us a band?"

It can be if you two or more people can come together on a mutal level and work together. It has been done. Look how he got up with Lisa & Wendy not to mention Shelia E. Never say what you won't do can end having you to end up doing it. I've seen a lot for my age, done a lot for my age, and I must admit some things I said I wouldn't do, I ended up doing them. This to can apply to Prince as well. I'm just saying. You never know until it gets to that point.

There are gonna be a lot of disappointed peeps up in here - he aint performing, and he hasn't said he will. He's presenting. My guess - the 'live' (pre recorded) Srewdriver 'film' will air straight after he's presented at The Grammys - lower your expectations. As usual people are reading all sorts into nothing!

I'm just gonna keep an open mind when it comes to Prince. I'll will be just as happy to se him presenting as performing. Btw, does anyone know who the award he will be presenting to?
