I don't believe you either. If you've already got to the point where you'd say "another lame attempt to redo" then you would have decided he'd lost it along time ago.

By the way. Nope. Nothing's made me thing "nah...he HAS lost it." I've felt that he might not have as much of it, and many many times I've thought he just plain didn't care enough to use it, but never that it was just plain gone. It might only show up for seconds at a time, but it does still show up.

WHAT? Are you mad!!! That is probably his best song of the 00'S!!! It was a song that made me think 'he's back in the game!

Narration on TRC, this ruined it for me, also think songs like 'The Marrying Kind' or 'If I Was The Man n Your Life', the rap on Incense and Candles, made me think come on P you can do better than this filler!

Why do you people list Purple and Gold when it isn't a typical song? It is a team song and was made for the Vikings. That's like you going to your state's biggest football team and saying their band and school's fight song sucks... it's not supposed to be Little Red Corvette. Am I the only one that understands that?

As for the answer to the question, I would have to say Everybody Loves Me... hate it.

Would have to be something from the NPS album. I suppose by the time I got to "Until U'R In My Arms Again" I realized something was really wrong. He had put out some songs that were far from great ("Right The Wrong", "Mr. Happy" etc.), but listening to the NPS album for the first time was a huge disappointment.

These were some of what would be called "clunkers" by some in the eighties! Little did we know what would follow in the years to come...

i honestly haven't had such a moment yet. sure, there have been songs these

past 10 years or so that are a bit "WTF?" but until he releases two or three cds

in a row that i don't like start to finish, i'm ot gonna think he lost it.

his interviews and actions though, yeah, those have made me think that more

than once the last few years. especially with all the talk about money and how

much he should earn/get/is entitled to etc etc.

that sometimes makes me think he's lost the plot and will probably just retire

or coast on his live shows instead of releasing more music.

but then the whole 3rdEyeGirl thing started and there's a rumour of a new cd,

so i'm fine for now

what's European about the Ladder (it's the same strain as Free)

It was his managers that influenced him to shoot the movie in France

outside of Do U Lie & Girls & Boys what songs are 'European' influenced

And Girls & Boys is one of his baddass songs

the Colemans did bring the Middle eastern (sounds)

I wasn't serious.

Most of Parade is influenced by European music though. That's what he was listening to at the time.

Realizing that it wasn't gave me one of the worst feelings ever experienced in relation to Prince ...
