AND BAM! All of the music is GONE!
ALL I want to leave with Prince's Song, '3rd Eye'
Using a special code he accessed his mind The serpent approves So abduction complete What have we done? I resign from the notion In self-pity so dark Ultimately the only one
I LOVE THAT SONG!
I don't know if Prince is involved or not..but this is a great play of whatever it is. It got my fired up for what is next! Haha

Oh for crying out loud.
Prince is going to do massive gigs playing the same tired hits as he's been doing for 15+ years.
The late 1990s is the time that he first got into bed with EMI, and then started sucking Clive Davis' dick hoping he could bring him a Santana-size hit album.
Popularity has got ZILCH to do with what kind of venues he plays. PRINCE can choose to do an acoustic theatre tour if he'd want to, but he just is not interested, because that would not be a big payday. © Bart Van Hemelen

No, to the time when someone was visiting the Park (a concert, don't remember the details), opened a camera and found a tape inside, took it from the camera and smuggled it outside, while being chased by security. This is the source of the "P Control/Letitgo" rehearsal from 23 August 1995 on plenty of boots. T once told the story on amp, but I cannot locate it. © Bart Van Hemelen

Yeah, because that's what is killing his albums, not the lack of promotion or the fact that they're shite.
He wants that fanbase primed and anticipating it. So he gives them goodies that quite frankly only the fanbase will care or understand to appreciate. His "new" song is good, but it's the sort of outtake that again fans care or would dig. He aimed at his fanbase, and scored.
Except numerous remasters.
The same thing happened when Prince was releasing music that was NOT SHITE. © Bart Van Hemelen

P, seriously how stupid do you think we are?. We are not a bunch of naive teens. Please don't fuck up the goodwill that started off the week. Dare I say it.....go read up on Bowie and learn a few lessons.

I kinda begin to think this is not coming from Prince at all, but is deliberately made to look like it. I believe somebody is playing a very nasty game on Prince, but maybe it is justified. Prince has fans, but he also has haters.
If it was really Prince behind this, then we shouldnt hate on it, cause we got something for free. So why all the hate. Just be over it. Prince I will always miss and love U.

Prince is behind 3rdeyegirl.
He'll post some more tidbits up soon I expect and then they will come down again.
It's all designed to tease and generate interest among us fans (and if mainstream media pick up the story all the better).
Just enjoy them/not enjoy them while they are up and wait for a new album. Just somewhere in the middle,
Not too good and not too bad.

We've already seen what happens on this site(Crapthread City) when there's no new music or news for 10 months. You really think a ten year hiatus with no contact is what's in order. As for the levels of stupidity of orgers... When go 2 a Prince concert or related event it's all up in the house but when log onto this site and the miasma of bitchiness is completely overwhelming!

I agree it is prince having some fun.
My evidence: (most if not all has already been said)
the NPGMC on RNRLA (wasn't it also seen in one of andy allo's videos?).
We get the "2013 will be big" and "bootlegs for days" tease with the screwdriver clip.
3rdeye and girl 2 prince songs. Use of of the phrase: "everything you think it true" (webby awards speech) and the 3rdeyegirl art is very prince like.
the 2 of the 3 songs are so recent they had to be obtained by someone that works with prince.
The timing of it all. And that so few things have leaked in the last few years (compared to years past)
to me it has to be prince....
the use of the word "Bootleg" in the C & D.

And all that can be reduced to one person's actions: Prince. He's the one who attacked the smartest fans he had, he's the one who chased away all the fan sites. And thus we ended up with: - a barely maintained forum website (an utterly outdated format), - a wiki that is maintained by a couple of people and thus nowhere near what it should be.
Imagine if the Org was more like Reddit; imagine if Orgers would get "internet points" for delivering news and/or editing http://prince.org/wiki/Princepedia ; imagine if people would use the downtime to look through ancient archives and articles to bring up interesting stories (surely someone somewhere must have an archive of a.m.p for instance); imagine if people would collaborate on creating indexes for all Prince books out there, so you could easily find all entries on a particular subject; imagine if there was a website that had collected all recordings of all concerts (excluding officially released one, of course); imagien if there was a library of all articles from newspapers, magazines etc. including reviews (perhaps not the whole text of the articles, but at least an index of all those items plus a list of items discussed therein); imagine if there was a repository of all pictures with complete credits + information.
I bet we would have had most of those things now if Prince hadn't started attacking fansites 15 years ago. Because who in their right mind would invest money and time in something that would only create a ton of hassle, mostly from the guy you're supposed to be celebrating.
And thus we've ended up where we are now, stuck in 1998 or so. And Prince communicates via an amateur-run celebrity gossip website. © Bart Van Hemelen

The Paisley Celebrations and One Nite Alone tour call bullshit on your post. There was NOTHING massive about those gigs. They were small & intimate, and within the last 15 years.
I'm not debating whether or not they were his choice or out of necessity, just that they happened, and they correlated with a lower profile on his part.
Similar with the late 90s--specifically the post-EMI (Emancipation), pre-Arista (Rave) year of 98-early 99. Call it failed attempt to gain mass popularity if you want. My point is, and still stands, when Prince has a lower profile, whether by choice or not, he's been more accessible to fans.
And that was my whole point to begin with, as I believe Herb4's point. "That...magic, the start of something revolutionary-the Minneapolis Sound, we should cherish it and not punish prince for not being able to replicate it."-Dreamshaman32
