I'm from the ''new generation'' but i know more people my age or around my age that love Bowie than love Prince, so yeah... so far i know Bowie is way more popular in general and also more popular to the younger people.

Sorry but this is bullshit. Bowie is not more famous in the new generation than Prince is.

He has been totally off the radar for ten years. His latest cd effort (great albums btw) have been confidential and not much played anywhere.

During all the Bowie concerts between 95 and the Reality Tour I have attended, in the audience, I have seen 90% of people in their early fourties to mid fifties.

Then you say Bowie is more popular in the world than Prince. This is wrong. They are both recognized as legends. But they are both not mainstream anymore at all. Full stop.
