I mean most folks ridicule and get upset for Prince writing slave on his face representing his fight with WB in that it is disrespectful on those who were actually slaves and were not rock stare millionaires. But nobody ever says anything about the 3 cd set being titled Emancipation.

I have no issue swith it but Im just surprised others havent made mention of it seeing the slave era brought so much controversy.

Perhaps, because of the perception that the music featured on Emancipation was more closely associated with his own artistic freedom?
