One of my favorite songs, it´s really deep and makes you think about things in life. The lyrics are one of his best!

This song is so beautiful it makes me cry. 
I used to have it on a screen saver and everyone would ask what it was about and I kindly played my tape for them. Did they appreciate no. 
Still this song has special meaning to me. The message is so strong and positive. I agree would have been wonderful on ONA. **************************************************

"Put down the needle, put down the spoon" was in reference to two individuals: former bodyguard Chick Huntsberry and Johnathon Melvoin (Wendy's brother who was in Smashing Pumpkins). | |

I didn't like this when I first got Emancipation so I never listened to it until about 2 years ago when someone posted that it was the only good song on Emancipation. I thought I must have missed something so I gave it a new listen & loved it. It was like finding a hidden track. | |
