U should b grateful for spelling corrections: people mispelling online and thinking it's not important r destroying their own language, i.e. their own best tool for thinking. There is no unappropriate place for telling people they made a typo.

Best new Song I've heard since Guitar. I have no idea why he never put this out. It's SO clearly a cut above anything on Lotus or 20ten. Maybe it'll find it's way onto a set eventually. Such a shame

Be careful. If you're a student, or a job seeker, and you cannot spell a four- or five-letter word correctly, you will be hurting yourself.

It's amazing to see how many people now spell the word "lose" as "loose" and vice versa. As an employer myself, I'm not going to give someone who cannot distinguish between those two words much attention for a job opening.

As a lawyer, I understand the importance of grammar and syntax..... but would you comb through internet fan forums and disqualify a candidate who otherwise used language appropriately simply because s/he misspelled a word in a post? If so.... I'd rescind my resume before you had a chance to decline it.

On a more general note: If prince ever visited this site, I can see why he no longer releases albums. He realizes his fan-base is comprised of way to many assholes (not necessarily shown by your post- but quite a few people's posts on this site show them to be petty dicks). Of all places where you'd think we could find a "community" of people who can be kind to one another based upon our shared love of a type of music, this would be it.

Assholes are certainly a part of it, but I think Prince's problem would be that he finally has the fans, (very dumb) he deserves and that has got to be depressing.

To put it another way, Prince probably realizes on some level that he doesn't want to part of a club that would have him as a member.

Now that you know the thread title is misspelled, why not just edit it instead of arguing with everyone?

Maybe because The Jw's didn't approve of it. It was Prince's nastiest song of the decade since "Glass Cutter". It was a cut from the scrapped funk album. That had the back drop oil painting cover of the album on The Tonight Show per4mance of the funk workout...

Or maybe it just didn't fit on any of his recent albums. He has hundreds of unreleased songs that fit this category(or don't fit), old and new.
