Parade (and other) Fonts

Dear p-org fam,

I am planing to prepare a gift for my friend. He is a huge Prince fan. For making it perfect I am seeking the font on the Parade album.

Tried to find this 1 in the net but with no success. confused

Dawnation has a list with lots of very cool "Prince fonts" but that was no help since I did not found a place where to download/buy them. They are a few very very great Prince fonts around.

Any suggestions where to get them especially the Parade font?

Please help!

If u can find 'the covers experience' that has a few font sets, and one called Under The Cherry Moon. Can u email fonts?

sisterursula	Thanks mikeyaddict 4 ur quick reply. Thats those big collection of all those Prince covers of albums, bootlegs, magazines etc., right? Can't find it online right now. There was a filesharer who hosted it but the company is gone (u know what i m talking about...) And yes, it should be possible 2 email fonts as attachement. Love! Ursula [Edited 5/12/12 1:53am]

@ FragileUndertow: Thanks a ton! I saw this site but I m especially looking 4 the Parade album font. But they r great and I think I'll place some of them on my harddrive. Thanks alot! smile

@ mikeyaddict: I found a font named "Under The Cherry Moon" on a website named azfonts.net. But it's not the Parade font. It's the font used for the "Under The Cherry Moon" movie. cool

yeah, thats the under the cherry moon one i got - sure the Parade one is fairly plain, so wouldn't utcm be a bit more disinctive and of the same era? or you can mix it up a bit innit!

sisterursula	@ mikeyaddict: The "UTCM" font is very very special, reminds me on the Roaring 20ies. I like that. The Parade one is really 80ies. But thanks for all the help, I got what I needed (and much more... )
