i never cared too much for this one, or for "private joy" for that matter. i'd listen to them when i put the controversy album on but i didn't really like either.
until 2 days ago when i was listening to random prince songs on my new computer, with the headphones plugged in.
not sure if the sound is really greatly improved by my new computer or the really hard volume i played it at, but "private joy" was a revelation to me at that time.
so i'm sure that "private joy" is about to follow.
i love it when you 'rediscover' old songs on albums that you already listened to for at least a thousand times.
