There's a segment if the guitar solo that KILLS me. It sound like its doing "heavy lifting"...the line lifts at somethin, pauses and starts over, trys again, and starts over, trys yet again, and starts, then the run triumphs and runs, and holds what it was trying to lift high over its head. It happens right around 2:55 to about 3:05...and again....the second try....from 3:45 to 4:00...

It's like he's trying to lift the girl he's boning to flip her over/mover her to a different position, and the first time it works, cuz she in the middle if an orgasm and has the adrenaline to help....the second try sounds more difficult, as if the girl is spent from the orgasm and doesn't have it in herself to help much, if at all.

nice to see you mention the aladin dvd version of this song cool

after watching that dvd and being totally disappointed, the bonus of The Ride

was very welcome. by far my favorit of that dvd.

he changed it up quite a bit on the ONA tour, varying from a 4 minute to an

over 10 minute version with different style guitarsolo's every time.

out of all the many versions/performances of this song there is hardly any

that i don't like. it remains a great, great track.

even the undertaker version, which i pretty much consider the original studio

version, is superb. it's hard to fit it onto any alternate album configurations,

such as "chaos and disorder" (where it blends in quite well) since it is just so

darn long. but as a stand alone it's great.

and true love lives on lollipops and crisps
