The only album highlights for me are: Joy In Repetition, Round & Round (YES I SAID IT..lol) Graffiti Bridge (I said it again..LOVE THAT SONG FOR SOME REASON..lol), Melody Cool, Elephants & Flowers, The Question Of U, Thieves In The Temple, Still Would Stand All Time, Can't Stop This Feeling I Got, And New Power Generation (Pt.I & II).

The album has seventeen songs and you listed eleven of them as highlights. lol

I think you like the album more than you realise.

Tried many flavours - but sooner or later, always go back to the Purple Kool-aid!

faint Hahaha

I did not even realize IT!!! Haha..I guess I do like it more than I realize it. This was one of the albums that intrigued me when I started to become a fan. The Album cover reminds me of 'Salvador Dali' piece. By no means is it in the same field, but just so many random things going on in the cover. Haha.

I know I will realize as the days go on..I am listening to it now and it's totally awesome..lol.

It's just the movie that kind of lets it down....lol BUT not by a large margin. Haha

It's Button Therapy, Baby!

Romeoblu

Great album. Would be in my top ten and by fa my favorite album of the 1990's, but then it is really an 80's album

Elephants and Flowers in my favorite but for me there isn't a weak track on it.

My pick of the associsted artist tracks would be Love machine and Melody cool.

Shame The voice inside and the grand progression weren't on the album.

Okay. I do not like the movie. I believe the original concept of the movie, that if memory serves me right was detailed in controversy magazine, was interesting. What Graffiti Bridge needed was a script writer and a director. It also needed some different song choices perhaps 2 upbeat songs.

Love the songs:

Joy In Repetition (favorite track on the album.)

The Question of U

Elephant & Flowers

Round & Round

New Power Generation (funky mix esp)

Thieves in the temple

Still would Stand All Time

Melody Cool (Def broadway styled tune)

What surprises me is that a lot of fans don't care for Thieves in the Temple. I think a lot of people don't like it because its a pop song done in a broadway or theatrical way. And I think that's what makes it even better-Prince wrote a musical theater tune and crossed it with a pop and made it a hit. Not to many people can do that.

99.9% of everything I say is strictly for my own entertainment
