postiepaul3	prince original album series pre order hi folks has this been discussed? I am assuming its just a bargain album set and not new remastered versions ? any one with info on this . http://www.amazon.co.uk/O...mp;sr=8-11 for those who have been in a coma for the last 28 yrs what a bargain. peace .

No, they are not remastered. They are the same crappy-sounding CDs that have been out there forever.

It is being released by rhino, and will contain the albums "1999", "Purple Rain", "Parade", "Lovesexy" and "Diamonds and Pearls". Likely not remastered, and likely in cheap packaging.

It's the version i have, too.

I was just trying to up the value so we could sell ours at a higher rate.
