Why is having an opinion about something "trying to be hip or cool"?

Seems to me that if you have to defend your choice by taking shots at others who don't agree, then you aren't confident about it...

If you love them, then roll with it and don't worry about those of us who don't.

"For you" and "Prince" albums are crap.

Almost the same. IMO, great songs = Rockhard in a Funky Place, Bob George

good song = When 2 R In Love

Dead On It is almost good except some of the lyrics are trainwreck, but the guitar is super funky.

I like 'Bob George'.. but I don't consider it a song. It's interesting, but not something I'd need to listen to often. and "Dead On It" is good musically, but the lyrics and vocals make me hate it.
