I don't know about the other person, but sadly I have childhood friends who married and named their child Prince. I have not seen them since the eighties so I don't know if the child eventually used his middle name or something, but I do know of one case where a couple married and named their child Prince. And, yes, it was because they were both mega Prince fans. I also dated a girl who wanted to name her children Paisley and Christopher. I made sure not to procreate with her. The entire time we dated, she was a double-condom job.
