My wife bought me record frames for Christmas a couple of years ago. Naturally, I put some of my centerpiece Prince records in them. Unfortunately, I never got around to hanging the frames. For Valentine's day, while I was at work, my wife took it upon herself to hang them for me. I love my wife!

Looking at the pic again, I've just realised I never knew promos were ever released for '51 hours'. Is this a valuable collectible?

What's the second single on the left in the lower frame? Can't make it out in the pic.

Here's the story about "51 hours". This is an article from Goldmine magazine, I am the Dan Sheldon interviewed. The article is quite a few years old as my collection has grown by leaps and bounds. I have over 200 12" singles from over 10 countries now.

That article was a great read! I didn't know that was the story behind '51 hours'. Your collection must be impressive. Collecting is such a joy in itself, isn't it?

An original "Gett Off" 12" promo... Niiiice.

Just be sure that sunlight doesn't hit the wall they are hanging on. Prolonged exposure to sunlight will fade the colors of the covers. Also, make sure everything's perfectly flat if you don't want the vinyl to warp.

ok DjDaffy.. only cuz im so nice im going to offer this to... the collection is nice but 51hours and the gett off is messing up the look.. so i will pay $5 for both and take them off your hands... you should be so lucky i would be that nice of a person

I just picked up a GET OFF 12" for almost nothing. I feel lucky. Gotta find 51 hours.

I appreciate the tips, very little light gets into our bedroom as it is. I'll have to take the vinyl out just to be safe, except the 2 that kinda need the vinyl to be seen.
