That NEWFUNK sampler kit on the special features on the Rave DVD? For $700 you could've gotten keyboard tracks, vocals, and other sound samples and it said you wouldn't have to pay any further royalties... ever! I was wondering if any musicians/producers/DJs on here ever looked into that.

Also, I know this has nothing to do with the above question, but I was wondering if someone could redirect me to a link to the thread about getting the Lovesexy tracks seperated. No sense in posting a new thread when all I need is a little redirecting.

so as digital said it was never released.. fro what i heard thye were trying to sell 100,000 copies of the set first..

as for lovesexy .. i believe the ul versions is all seperated now

i have a pack of mp3s of 94 samples that is a smattering of what was supposed to be released. i am not sure if it was something they released as a teaser for the 7 cd set or if it's a bootleg. but some of the samples are really killer!!

it's a shame that it was never released...
