And I have to say ..I'm disappointed.

After all the free shares Europe has made and Canada needs to charge and make money on sneaking a mic into a gig....No work involved.

The work is done by the Prince, The Band and all the Stage Hands and Canada wants to be paid.

And then you wonder why he rarely visits you.....cause ye milk him...tut, tut.

I personally didn't milk him.

Plenty of European shows were sold but most ..Most...were shared and most of those "Sold" ones were taken from free releases.

Not one Canadian shared their recording. Not one.

And as you asked who did Eye pay....prehaps a Canadian or do you think Eye have James Bond style recorders infiltratating countries in order to record these show?

My intention isn't to start a hate Canada thread but to be honest as I stated I for one am very disappointed that not one recording has been shared!!

And yes you start a thread doing just that. You have way of knowing whether the person who recorded these shows is Canadian. There were plenty of folks from Michigan/New York/Ohio at these shows. And even if the taper is Canadian, you're blaming the whole country for one person's actions?

Whenever Prince plays anywhere for an extended period there is going to be a pressed boot or three released. This phenomenon does not just extend to Canada. Your accusatins in this thread are both unfunny and ignorant, whether you're joking or not.

Another release EYE won't pay for. I liked Pressed releases, but those 90 minute discs won't copy for

me, so forget it. You'd think with the fact that CD sales falling, whoever is behind EYE would make them more fan-friendly. If the disc gets scratched you've wasted all your money. So at this point, Sabotage gets all my bootleg money.

If you really have soundboard recordings, when Eye makes you an offer, tell them that you

know of at least 5 people that won't buy them if they put them on 90 minute discs. I personally

know 2, and since I hardly know too many fans, there are a lot more who will refuse to buy

them, and will only give Sabotage their money. Selling pressed discs that you can't easily make a

backup copy renders them useless to me, and other technically-challenged fans. Discs at lengths of 70-78 minutes are perfect. In fact, Eye tends to place crap bonus tracks that don't even have Prince on lead vocals to ensure that less people will buy them....hint hint...
