Without Discipline there is ONLY CHAOS and DISORDER.
and DISCIPLINE is a LIST so that those who are getting the aforementioned items noted on COMMENTED LIST #1 by "finess" (ahem) can MAKE SURE that all is IN ORDER without CHAOS.

B-12 shots supposedly give a person more energy though that has not been medically proven.

Also, people who follow strict vegan diets over extended periods of time can sometimes develop pernicious anemia due to B-12 deficiency (B-12 is found in red meat) so then the shots might be helpful/recommended.
