ExtraLoveable 2011 - new track on Amazon and Zune? Hi
Just notice that a new version of one of my favourite Prince tracks has appeared on AmazonMP3 and Zune (not Itunes noticeably).
Not as good as the original but not too bad
Have I missed this or have I stumbled on something?

take it back... i found it on ITunes too... Does sound as though its part of a longer set (album??). At the end it sounds like its about to kick into a nother track www.soundclick.com/rooke

I think the new version is superior in terms of bringing out the core song melody and lyrics in a real hook. The old one just has that Prince brand sound in the percussion and tone of instruments, but I never thought of it as a great song in the least. The new one actually enters my mind in terms of melody and catchiness.
I'm curious to hear what this would sound like with the new vocals and pacing put onto an old style Linn perc/80's new wave guitar backing. My art book: http://www.lulu.com/spotl...ecomicskid
