Listen I've been in love with Prince since day one, in my eyes I thought he was the very definition of perfection. That may sounds corny, but it's true. Not only did he have looks, but he obviously has/have talent as well.I mean God could've created a better man whom ozzed with passion, lust and sexuality , look I wouldn't even date a guy unless he either look like Prince or reminded me of Prince in some sort of way,however. In the back of mind, besides Prince being married 2 Mani in all... I seriously thought I would never have a chance with Prince all because I was a sista'. I mean lawrd knows I'm not ugly, My head is on right (4 most of the time) I'm pretty determine 2 make something of myself, and I know I know how 2 make a man happy. I think I have a pretty cool personality, I do would 2 anything and everything just 2 make Prince happy, but you know how it is... the last time I saw Prince with a sistah was back in the 70's when he had a little crush on Patrice Rushen... and how long ago was that...

I mean I might not b a Appolonia or Vanity, but I'm just as good as a woman then both of these *** put 2gether

I wanna know this as well, DiggieLisa, thats why in the thread: "What would you do if you were Prince for a day" I wrote down, get with some black fem's so it wouldnt seem as if Prince wasnt so damn color struck.
It really seems like he would be able to work with us & maybe flirt with us but never MARRY one of us.

Sure, he was with Nona Gaye but what he put her through seemed like he didnt like the fact he was with her.

If it's so easy for Prince to say he's black how come its not so easy for him to get with a black woman? I mean, he really makes it seem like he cannot give it a try.

I honestly think deep down inside, that I would feel better about him being married again if it had been with a sista because it would show he can C himself with one of us for life!! or at least a little while

Just because I wanted to know why Prince didnt get with sista's as well as DiggieLisa doesnt mean I would scramble to become one of his girls in reality because reality is if I were to get with him (after being in his circle ), we wouldnt last & I really wouldnt like that idea of being cheated on by his usual chics which would start the cycle all over again.
