about ten years ago i was at a warehouse music store looking trough the $3 bin, an to my surprise i find a madhouse 16 CD. my jaw hit the ground. madhouse 16 CD for $3. i was sooo happy.

the sad thing, is that they had more than one, and i didn't buy them all.

i ended up selling both madhouse 8 & 16 on cd on ebay in 1998... for about $200.

i still have both on japanese cd. (as stated here...)

i bought my original copy of the black album for 6 quid
from a friend who didnt know what he was sitting on.

I saw 1800newfunk at a very obscure and tiny flea market outside of Athens Ohio like a few months after it was released. I think it was like $2. I'm still scratching my head how the CD made its way into this little shop, the people living in this area were clearly not the kind of people that would listen to Prince, let alone keep up to date on new releases.

Big Lots used to have plenty of copies of Graffiti Bridge.

I think I paid $3 for Choas and Disorder, including shipping! It was used but no one said that was against the rules.

I can't remember what was on the actual front cover, it's been too long, but it was either on the back or inside the thing that there was a picture of prince mostly naked writhing around a candle lit bedroom (if I recall correctly) that had mom all worked up

The Girl 6 CD for $7.99. It made me very happy.

I just went to a place called Odessy Records and found Mazarati's "player's ball" for .50, now that's cheapest I've ever gotten in prince-relation.

I found Madhouse "6" 12inches for some 0.55 US $ a few years ago. The "If I Was Your Girlfriend" promo CD-Single for 3.00 US $. Those two must be the greatest bargains I ever found. Still hunting for some mo' !
