That lyric is actually from Soft and Wet, his first single off For You, the fact he says it so early on, clearly lets us all know, that sex is going to be a big part of this man's musical agenda.
A much more recent one and his deliberately great sexual metaphor is from the song 3121, "Drink champagne from a glass with chocolate handles" [Edited 6/7/11 19:14pm] Got some kind of love for you, and I don't even know your name

I get most of the metaphors here, but this one... I thought it was a loose reference to Willy Wonka and decadence, as in
There are too many to remember but the one that I've always loved: "Temptation Temptation... "Great dancers are not great because of their technique, they are great because of their passion" -- Martha Graham

Champagne = semen, jizz the glass is a penis, and the handles are testicles she holds on to, while she is giving him a blow job. Got some kind of love for you, and I don't even know your name

Sometimes you guys are reading way too much in a lyric than what's there. A victim of an over active imagination. I'm not saying ALL of these examples are wrong. Just a couple, IMHO.
That 3121 "chocolate handles" lyric I just don't believe is sexual. The "cookies without the milk" one in U Will Be is not about ejaculation. It's just an analogy saying the girl with whoever she's with is no a match. They just don't go together. Like peanut butter without the jelly. The ham without the burger. Hence, the cookies without milk. There was something else here I saw, but I can't be bothered to go find it.

I don't know if this counts as a metaphor, but it's definitely word play and I think it's clever:
"Bouncing on the Summer Spring and when U start 2 Fall
Love it. I could read you poetry and then we could make a story of our own.

It may not be "the best" but probably the entire song "Delirious" is a sexual metaphor. I always felt the sex/car metaphor connected LRC and Delirious wonderfully on the 1999 album.
"girl you gotta take me for a little ride in and out and around your lake"...
