Can anyone tell me more about it? I recently heard the instrumental/backing track of the song. I heard it was scheduled to be on the 2nd Vanity 6 album? Does anyone know if a version with vocals on it exists or not?

Afaik no finished version is known to exist. It's just an unfinished number, that's why it's simply called 'Wet Dream Cousin', because of it's resemblances to 'Wet Cousin'.
