Me'Shell Ndegeocello played three gigs in March, doing NOTHING but Prince covers?

I'm positive this must have been posted here but my days of living and dying by the org have long passed - I cruise by occasionally and love the posts ("which Prince ear do u lyke more?", "Shud Prince B Eternal?") but come on folks.

Y'all know me! I LIVE for the Prince covers. I love them. Somebody should shot me a message, a smoke signal, a rock with a note tied to it, a love sign. Sumpm.

Of this set (03/11/2011 - MY birfday!) I'm loving the Controversy track the most so far. Stuff is amazing.

That's understandable. ANd no, I have not heard about her doing this all covers show. I did see her sing I Would Die 4 U & Erotic City on youtube though.

Sometimes Me'Shell knocks a cover out of the park tho! Saw her live last year and she did Ready For The World's "Love You Down"...... wwwwwoooowwwwww.... (still prefer the original, but she gave it a different vibe and it was killer!)

Speaking of covers, Beau, your cover of "I Would Die 4 U" is fucking epic.
