I'll stick with Linklater's dream

The only Prince related dream I ever was this: I dreamt [maybe 2 months ago] that Prince finally released "Remastered" versions of all of his 80's stuff. The albums came with a bonus CD of extra stuff [extended versions of songs we all know, but heard in the original way he had them+B-Sides, Dance mixes, etc.]. And guess what? The remasters ROCKED! But everyone was outraged! Know why? Because he changed/updated all of the album covers [& put them in paper cases]......

Last night, I had a Prince dream!!!! Prince took me to his studio and we discussed role models. Prince said, "People just don't have good role models in their lives." I said , "Yeah". We also touched up on bullying. Prince bent down on his knees. He whispered in my ear and said, "Ignore the negative comments and follow your heart." Prince laid his hands on my heart to point it out. He hugged me tight and held me close to his heart. He said, "I love you." It was a love story with songs.

I dreamed that I directed a prince video and I was a singer in it, I also was in his band, then I woke up confused because why should Prince lead the band, that should have been me CrazyPrinceDreams101

I have had several dreams of Prince...(frpm what I can remember)

DREAM 1: I went to a Concert of his and was thisclose to the stage...he sang to me and I just melted!!! In the dream he also held my hand wearing his lace white glove...

DREAM 2: I was walking up and down a street somewhere in Paris and I remember flowers being everywhere...i was looking for something and couldnt remember what I was looking for...then A Limo stopped in the middle of the street and Prince got out of it and came to me...we held hands and walked on the street...

DREAM 3: (this was just the other nite)...It was quite odd..In this dream he had a little baby and he was very silent and distant...but then he started to trust me and let me get closer to him and we just stared at eachother and when we were close enough I would play with his hair and we'd dance to slow jams...ahhh awsome

Interestingly enough, whenever I dream of Prince, we're close friends.

We chat and talk about his music, and I always seem to tell him where he's going wrong.

Rare records are always in the mix as well. Wether they are real releases or made up ones.

They're always cool dreams though..

I have dreams about all the musicians coming to my house and having a jam session. Usually Prince is there, and he comes on stage, snatching my guitar and playing it. Then I snatch his guitar and play it, then he just ends up screaming in the mic, and we just battle it out until 5 people are there and the sun is up lol. I think... maybe that will happen, but not with Prince, with someone who isn't famous and five people in the room

i remember about 3 prince dreams in the past year. in one, he was wearing this shirt that was the most fabulous green color, under a black jacket, and his hair was kind of long like in graffiti bridge, and he said something to me like a kind friend, and i was touched

in another dream all i remember is attending a concert that morphed into some kind of infomercial/talkshow and i was like 'where did prince go?'

but the best one was most recently, i was playing around with this guitar of prince's -- it had all these different knobs that you would adjust to tune into the unique 'sound' of each of his albums -- it seemed like a very complex guitar. the lighting in the dream was dark and it reminded me of lotusflow3r

My dream was that I driving through MPLS on my way to high school reunion and had a flat tire. My cell phone wouldn't work, so I sat down on the grass to cry when a purple Cooper pulls up and Prince emerges and changes the tire w/o a shirt. He then takes my hand, dries my tears, and takes me to PP. He shows me the grounds, the green house, & the Vault and its contents. We talk till the sun comes up. I told him that our night must be kept "our little secret". He looks stunned and then laughs, we hug, exchange numbers & emails and gives me lifetime VIP passes to all shows before saying goodbye. Damn husband for waking me up

1) I had a dream that Jessie Johnson (who I hardly know anything about) and James Brown were mad at Prince for stealing a song from them. I had this dream like 2months ago. But the crazy thing is that I did a search on the Org to see if there was any posts in relation to Jesse Johnson, James Brown and Prince and I saw one having to do with Kiss. I was shocked. I saw it said something about Kiss being inspired by James Brown or something....

2) I posted this one on another thread. I dreamt it sometime last month in anticipation of the 1/18 concert I was going to attend. I was in NYC with my sister, a co-worker and a friend and we were all trying to find a Prince aftershow in one of the clubs in the area. So, my friend and I found a bar were Prince was performing. We got inside, kinda sneaked in like Apollonia sneaked into First Avenue in Purple Rain. Once my friend and I got in we ducked behind a bar that was located way in the back while in the front of the bar (kinda like a table with stools- not really a bar) were small round dining tables and Prince up in front on stage playing his guitar. The walls in the place were wood panneling and mostly everything was wood and the place was very small. Okay, so anyway..my friend and I make duck behind the bar stools in order not to get caught sneaking in late and to try and sneak in my sister and my co-worker. So, I get my phone out and call my sis so I can tell her we made it to the aftershow and she needed to get there. But, as hard as I was trying to be quiet on the phone (pretty difficult because of the loud music), Prince got mad and left the aftershow because I was a distraction. (I wasn't even loud) He was upset that someone would be rude and use the phone during his set. So, he left and the manager comes to me and says "See what you did. You made him upset and leave. He'll never come back" So, I said, "Just call him back and tell him I said I'm sorry." He was reluctant at first but soon decided to try and then I woke up....

3) Sometimes I dream about an unedited version of Purple Rain. This is only because growing up, I was only able to see the TV version and so I dream of what the R version might be made up of. My dreams always have more of a indepth storyline. All the who's where's why's and how's behind the Kid's story. Actually, my dream might be better than the movie.....lol jk Don't ask me what would make it better cuz I can't remember everything. I have this dream alot though but it's a blur. "

I just remembered a dream I had almost 16 years ago. This was when the internet was just getting big and I used it to my Prince loving advantage. Back then of course, there wasn't much you could find on prince like music and videos. I was so too young to buy music myself. I didn't have the money but, I remember a very vivid dream of me "surfing the web" and seeing all these Prince photos videos and music. It was overwhelming and I never thought it would come true; to have anything Prince related at my finkertips. But, here we are folks...(in 2011) the dream we all dream of....

Surely Prince Joined Ken Dod's posse? I heard the Diddymen were one short after Ken Dodd's Dad's dog died.
