Other Solos as Good as Just My Imagination

Just listening to Small Club again and I must say the guitar solo in Just My Imagination is still amazing!!! (yes, 99% of people here have probably heard this said before)

My question is:

What other Prince guitar solos are as well crafted and performed as that solo?

Here are some thoughts on the JMI solo:

1. The pacing is brilliant -- starting with slow, clean, extended notes and building to rapid fire, dirty, screaming runs

2. The interaction with Sheila on the drums is great.

3. It's cool that it's both planned and inspired -- the overall structure was clearly established beforehand but there are moments within that seem to be very much improvised

4. The multiple crescendos are amazing.

Some solos that come to mind are:

1. The Undertaker (live in the studio with Sonny T. & Michael B.)

2. Joy in Repetition (my favorite is the early studio version with the slow, echo-ing intro)

3. Colonized Mind

Others?

The guitar solo on When You Were Mine on the One Night Alone box set is one of my all time Prince favorites. Listen to it loud - I dare you to sit down on this one!
